Family Martial Arts is the teaching arm of the United Martial Science Federation. We hold classes at our headquarters in Fayetteville, GA and at Woodward Academy in College Park, GA.
Tiny Tigers – ages 4 and 5 – This program offers children a strong foundation in essential character qualities such as courtesy, respect, and discipline. In addition, the program is designed to improve a child’s motor skills and enhance their ability to follow directions. Dragons – ages 6 to 8 – At this age, children go through distinct stages in their development; physically, socially, emotionally, and intellectually. They are just beginning to spread their wings and experience many wonderful things for the first time. Eagles – ages 9 to 12 – Martial science is good clean fun for children and a great way to give them a head start in life. Our philosophy is one of humility and integrity with the development of mental and physical skills leading to the harmony of body and mind. Besides its physical benefits, it also builds character and promotes social skills and concepts such as team work. Adults – ages 13 and up – This program is taught following strict guidelines and curriculum. Martial Science is a comprehensive martial art system that is unsurpassed. It combines kicking, punching, throwing, falling, joint locking, a myriad of weapons and self-defense techniques developed into a beautiful and dynamic “hard-soft” system emphasizing speed and fluidity.
